will the judge see my previous charge with my conviction?
I live in the state of Colorado and I was just arrested for a dui a couple days ago. Six years ago when I was 19, I was arrested for a dui. I only blew a .045, but I was underage. When I went to court, the judge dropped my charges down to possession and failure to slow down in a safety zone. Does my previous incident still count as a dui offense? will the judge see just my conviction for possession, or will he see my dui charge as well?
