Underage DUI In Colorado?

Thursday night i was at work (a strip club) and i was drinking a little…well more than a little…now, I am only 20 and I don’t believe my work realizes that. I left work, was speeding and I got pulled over. I did a roadside, barely failed on the last test, was arrested. My BAC was .197, they took me to the holding cell where they took my fingerprints, mugshot ETC. Then they took me to a detox facility. When i got there my BAC was .123. I spent about 8 hours there until i blew 0.00′s. Now, this is my first DUI.
My questions are:
1) Am I punishable under the same laws as a person with previous dui’s because my BAC was so high and I am underage?
2) Will any reprimands be thrown at the place I work?
3) Will I do jail time?
4) Is it even worth getting a lawyer? because it seems like there is no hope even if i hired one

If you can help answer any of these questions, please do. Or if u have any other advice. I greatly appreciate it.

Get a Lawyer, unless you request a DMV hearing you will automatically loose your drivers license. About the only thing you have going for you is that you did not actually cause any damage.

1) You will be charged (if you have not been already) with a DUI per se charge. This is based upon your BAC being greater then 0.08% per Colorado Law
2) Depends on your place of work and your employers.
3) Quite possibly, it is why you need a lawyer.
4) Yes, quite so.

What is a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) or blood-alcohol level?
