Driving under suspension in Colorado. first offence! am I going to Jail?
My Driver license is suspended for (Excessive points). So, no DUI whats so ever.
I had the paper that allows me to drive to school, house and medication, But I didn’t realize that it was expired and that its not valid anymore without a red driver license.
My Court is in Broomfield, on the 2nd of Feb.
1- Will I go to jail?
2- Do I need an attorney?
3- What things should I say to the judge?
no jail time for the first time
yes you will need a judge
i used i didn’t know it was expired.. they never sent me a notice…
all i got was a fine and my license suspended for another year
