I really don’t think age matters when you are drinking and driving, someone can still die.
Your attorney will probably try to get your DUI charge dropped to a Wreckless Driving or something, and you will pay a large fine, but it will be seen on your driving record that you were arrested for a DUI, so your next DUI (if someone is stupid enough to get two) will not be able to be reduced, and the jail time and full fines will have to be paid on a second offense.
